My Story

My early to mid 20s were full of working out and eating whatever I wanted for the most part. I hadn't given my actual health any thought because I felt like I was doing just fine. By the time I hit 30, my health started moving in the wrong direction. Chronic back pain left me nearly immobile at times, and years of inactivity eventually led to weight gain, high cholesterol, prediabetes, and a growing loss of confidence in my own body.

Rebuilding my health wasn’t as easy as I thought it was and I struggled though years of going back and forth with my fitness. When I finally made the decision to reach out for help, I learned that it wasn't about finding some extreme solution, it was about creating structure, consistency, and habits that actually fit into real life.

My background in the Army helped shape the mindset I still carry into my health and fitness today: discipline, accountability, adaptability, and long-term consistency. Those are the things that helped me maintain my long term goals in the life I want to live. It's not intensity for the sake of intensity, it's patient discipline applied consistently over time.

That perspective now shapes the way I coach others. I work primarily with busy adults who feel overwhelmed by fitness, intimidated by gym culture, or stuck trying to balance their health goals with real-world responsibilities.

My approach focuses on sustainable progress through structured training, realistic nutrition guidance, and habits that support long-term health without requiring perfection or extremes.

The goal isn’t to make fitness your entire life.
The goal is to build a stronger, healthier version of yourself that improves your life.
